Carolyn - Flower Essence Therapy & Reiki

I began my journey with Feng Shui and over the years have become a Usui Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer, Ethical Intuitive Councilor and a Flower Essence Practitioner.

My own journey into Self Care began when I was raising my children who have neurological medical conditions. When you are constantly in a state of crisis, you don't think about your own needs, so Self Care is minimally achieved.

Since I was able to walk, I have been to drawn to the world of spirit, animals and nature.

For various reasons my spiritual journey, until recently, has been one of self-discovery and mainly self taught. 2023 was a big year for me. I became attuned to Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Practitioner and the privilege of becoming one of the first initiated Level 3 Universal White Time Gemstone & Mineral Healers in Canada. I was recently certified in Universal White Time Energy Healing Level 1.
